Default 3.6 Wur?

I read some post that a '94 3.6 WUR would enrich a fuel curve better than the standard WUR for the earlier cars. Why is this so and would it allow earlier cars to start with a lower CO at idle?

From what I have heard, yes. Because the control pressure on boost is lower. Not sure what the specs are for cold and warm. It would allow for a lower CO at idle because of the lower control pressure on boost for more fuel.
