I'd suggest Braid Wheels, but not certain they do the polished lip
+ theirs appear to be a softer edge

They look like 3-piece with hidden hardware.
I'm going to guess Fikse or PS Autoart (by ImageWheels). Possibly Braid but these do appear 3-piece.
Older Fikses had their name and a serial number stamped on the center. Not sure if this applies to their Fuchs.
