Default 1984 shift linkage issue

I'm having problem solving my shifting issue . When going to second gear at a low rpm there is no issue , when trying to shift at higher rpm i always bump in to a mechanical stop and have to reshift. No issue on higher gears and for info the gearbox was overhauled . Basicaly what i found out was that it was directly related to the torque movement of the engine . What did i already do . All bushings of lever and connection point replaced . Engine and gearbox installed with sport bushings and the torque actuator replaced . The central rubber in the engine mount is still ok and does not move in his mount . Anybody who did have and solved the same issue .

I haven't but do yourself a favor and get a Porsche short throw kit. The throws are 1/2 of stock, makes a huge difference for minimal $. Might even solve your problem if stock is at fault.
