Mine has the white faces. They were there when I bought the car, @ 6 months ago.
Took a little while to get used to, but I kind of like them now. They are easy to read day or night. Not as "glowing" as I had expected.
I have not had to replace any of the faces, but my P-car mechanic says it's pretty easy. I know Performance sells the faces and "special tool" as a package.
Hi, you need a small instrument to be able to get the bezels off, then the spacers and such, then you will need neurosurgeons hands to to remove the needles without breaking them, if you get that done, it is just a matter of putting them back together again, in the correct order in which they came off. I instaled them on my car, it takes a little time and patience but adds a nice effect. I agree with above, they are not as illuminous at night as I expected, but are fine.
