BBS wheels that came on my 85.. FRom the dealer?

Like the title says, my 85 911 had bbs wheels on it when I bought it. Dealer option? Factory option? Or otherwise? Thanks!

BBS Basketweave was about the most popular mod in the 80's, but I doubt it was a factory option. May have been a dealer level option....definitely an aftermarket item.

They didn't come from the factory.

A dealer probably added them to enhance the profit margin. Sort of like the Paint Protection Package they all sell
