Post easy way to remove 911 front A arm bushings???

I have the complete front susp laying on the garage floor separated. It was time for a complete overhaul because it is now almost a race car. I have never replaced the front bushings. Can someone help me out here. What would be the easy way to do it?
Thanks,
Chad <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

Clamp the control arms in a vice. Use a torch to heat the metal that sorrounds the bushing. Doesn't take much, just till you see a wisp of smoke. Then put a screwdriver through one of the holes and twist it off. Easy.

hey clark, how's it going? plavan, upon clark's advice i used a propane torch on the collars for about 5 minutes until i heard the rubber bushing crackling. within seconds, the collar literally leaped off the a-arm. launched itself about a foot and a half. cut the bushing like an orange with utility knife. no twisting, turning or gouges. thanks clark!!!
