Default 911 Carpet Help!

Hi All,
Just purchased a 1989 Speedster and despite the low mileage, the carpet beside the clutch covering the left front wheel well is worn. Given the location of the clutch pedal on this vintage of 911, this must be a common wear item but despite talking to Porsche, talking to Pelican Parts (both out of stock) and a ton of internet searches...it seems I can not find this piece. The rest of the interior is flawless...so not really keen to order an entire carpet kit.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Are you sitting down?

Call Bob at AppBiz and tell him what piece you need. Tell him I sent you.

He has helped me tremendously with my interior.....He cut fully custom Perlon felt carpet for my RS/RSR interior for my cabriolet including the factory correct carpet for the backs of my Sparco seats and supplied the cards for my dead-cow RSR doors. Ya, call my buddy Bob.

I replaced my entire carpet with a set from AppBiz and was very pleased with it.

You could also install a foot support over the carpet. They come with a rubber pad and are made especially for this purpose. They aren't expensive and easy to install.
