'68 911L Questions? New Owner
Just bought a super clean no rust 1968 911L with numbers matching engine & trans. Good friend of mine has known the car since '91, car was media blasted and painted silver 10-12 years ago. The car was originally Champagne Yellow.
Planning on complete restoration back to original color, any ideas on value as is and completed? I've always loved these cars just don't know much about the Porsche market, I've been a Corvette guy for years, finally expanding my horizons.
Few questions:
-Production Numbers
-options
-values
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Been digging around a little, car came with service and owner history up until 1986, found out it was very low vin #26 of 449 produced, and it appears the air conditioning was either factory installed or dealer installed.
Also has a set of early reccaro seats not sure of the age, original seats are gone.
Starting a complete restoration, the car is way to nice, it deserves the attention.
