Post Idle Speed

How do I change the idle speed on my MFI system. It currently runs at 500-600 when cold and 1100 when warm. Since my syncros are wearing out on my 1st/Reverse gear, I think that lowering the idle will help it not grind when I am at a stop. It doesn't grind at all when it is cold so maybe if I lower the idle it will stop. I already checked the linkage and the clutch cable for any trouble and came up with nothing so this maybe a viable solution.
Thanks for your help,

It may be temperature and not idle speed that helps you. When transmission oil is cold it helps the syncros. Within reason, use a heavier grade oil in your transmission.

That could work. I currently am using a Swepco gear oil but I am not sure of the weight. The combination of the two may help with the syncros. Pelican has an article on changing idle speed so I will look into it in the near future.
