my 68 has the later headlight rings like you see in the blue car in the pic. what i would like to do is get the ealy style thinner rings (like in the red car)






from what i understand i need to get the complete assembly. The Lens, rim, adjustment frame for the headlight.

does anyone know where i can get a set of these, that are of real good quality, and aprox how much?

i know they are incorrect for my year, but i think they look much better and sportier than the ones orig to my year (besides, my chrome ones are later replacements with the rubber adjustment caps, which are incorrect anyways).

I understand and I am sure there are other suppliers but I like thier catalogs so I can look at the pictures and then order elsewhere. You may want to contact your favorite supplier with the Tweeks Part Number and see if they can get it for you. I believe Pelican Parts can usually do this so I figure the others can also.
