There was a cruise on Mainstreet in Lansdale, PA this past weekend (most American Muscle), and I was cruising around as pretty much the lone Porsche...helmet on, windows down, BLASTING that song. It was rather hilarious haha.

Also, if that was you with your kinky German wife...that's not such a bad thing

Hahahaha, that is awesome! I have bumped it pretty hard plenty of times in my e46, not sure there will be any music in the 911 once I get it on the road. Maybe one of those JBL Bluetooth speakers.

And you're right, wouldn't be a bad thing at all.

Back to the task at hand, as not to hijack the thread...

Is anyone running SSI's with a Dansk 2 in- 1 out?? If so do you have any videos with good sound quality. I am having a hard time deciding if I want to go this route. I don't mind a bit of noise, but I would prefer quieter on the low end, without any drone. I don't mind screaming when I get on it though, seeing as that's the point.

shouldn't it sound just like stock?

I thought the Dansk was very similar to a Leistritz or Bishof OEM muffler

^ I would think with the SSI's (and no cat) it will not sound like stock.

^^there are sport and non-sport versions of the Dansk, which sound different - the sport is louder. I have a Dansk sport with two in and one out with SSI's. I think it sounds great, but it is noticeably louder than stock. I cannot record the sound for a few days as I am traveling.

so I guess the 2 into 1 non-sport version sounds like a stock early car?

if so, the OP can easily find sound clips...

i would think so yes as you are simply back dating your exhaust. I imagine it would be a little louder due to the displacement difference

I was not aware of this. By listening to some very poor quality videos on the youtube machine, it seems like the 2 in - 2 out is significantly louder than a 2 in - 1 out, which is why I wanted to stick with the latter. Now that I know there is a "sport" version, I'm really gonna have to dig deep for some videos.

I appreciate any that you guys are willing to take.
