I have had a number of Porsches in the past 20 years (993, 996 GT3, 997 C4 and currently a '13 Boxster S). I have driven and ridden in many older, air-cooled students' cars on the track and have always wanted one. I was told about a one-owner '87 Granite Green Metallic 911 and snapped it up. After having some engine work, a/c repaired, new tires, new oil lines and other minor work done she is ready to go!

Welcome Steve, that's a color you don't see every day. I like it a lot. Looks like a beautiful car. Congrats.

Of all the P-cars that I have owned, I had the most fun with and owned my '95 993 the longest. Bought it in '96 with 3K miles on it. Wish that I still had it but this '87 will fill the role nicely. I still have my '13 Boxster S if I want a bit more power or if I want to go topless.
