Default 7.2 RS PCCB - Braking Issues

Was circuit driving last night & found that my braking force was diminished, from "what it used to be".

It couldn't be fade (was noticing on 2nd lap).

The pedal was HARD, I couldn't engage ABS (which used to be really easy), initial bite was not good.

The data proved the point, I used to be able to sustain 1.1 - 1.2G under braking, peak last night was 0.8.

This is after I had my mechanic change both sets of pads (last season). Anyone know what this could be?
