Performance Products show that the ***** only fit up thru '86. What ***** work with the G50 screw on type?

Lightisright, I put a Momo **** on my 88 Carrera G50 without using a bolt to hold it on. The one I received has a compression fitting similar to a ferrule used on water pipes to seal off water leaks only it is much bigger to fit the lever. Once tightened, it won't move. There are other types that have a piece that fits over the gearshift lever and is held in place by three small hex head bolts. You attach the bolts and secure them and then screw the **** onto the threded piece anchored to the gearshift. It just depends on what kind you want. The real answer is no, none I have seen bolt on like the factory one. You have to improvise. The guys at Pelican may have some suggestions as you are probably not the first person to ask this question. LOL
