Default Moving car with a winch

I need to pull my 84 Carrera up onto some wooden boards to get it off of the grass. I have gently rolled it into position with an electric winch hooked to an eyelet inside of the left tire but the force required to pull it up onto the blocks stalled the light duty winch. I have a 4 ton come along which should be more than adequate but the external stationary latching point causes the wire to pull taut against the painted body. The car just sits so low.

Short of a high school football team as suggested by the tow truck driver any ideas?

Thanks up front.

How high do you need to get? Can't you just jack up each side and slip a 2x8 board under the wheels until it is high enough that you can push it by hand?

Good idea. I would need longer boards. Right now with all of the rain the yard is lumpy and wet. Wanted to avoid dragging the floor jacks through that mess.

Was hoping to pull it a bit farther then up onto the wooden squares. May go with your suggestion as it will avoid any cable to body involvement.
