Default Best Porsche Movie

Gotta say once again, it's No Man's Land w/ Charlie Sheen! My 8 yr old son is sick w/ flu and he wanted to watch it again with me. Of course, he's a Porsche nut like me! It's such a great movie, being filled constantly w/ 3.2s, Turbos and SCs. Also great cast in Sheen, Randy Quaid, D. B. Sweeney, Bill Duke and even Ron Howard was involved behind the scenes. Can't really think of a movie that better represents the classics of that era!

I watched Bad Boys the other day strictly for the 964 Turbo and Tea Leoni.

I agree the vintage scenes of Porsche's are great but I have a hard time giving the movie any merits for acting or writing.

Mike BB1 would be mad with me if I didn't give it a huge thumbs up. Put the 3.6Turbo on the map but again a bit cornball and a young Tea helped.

If it is all Porsche's not just street cars Le Mans will always get my vote.

Are you referring to the guy that owns THE car now? Isn't he on one of the Porsche forums?

Mike was smart and grabbed the car from the movie years ago. I almost pulled the trigger on it myself. It gets lots of attention when he brings it out. Great guy he just picked up a '15 turbo S as well.

1986 Targa Worth watching really tells the story of a true enthusiast.

Huge movie fan but I missed the CS movie with Porches. Great heads up.

I saw an old one about a year ago with James Caan (big star in 70s and 80s) driving a purple colored cabrio in a few short scenes. I think he was a retired hit man in the flick.

Agree that No Man's Land is up there as the Best Porsche Movie.

A close runner up is another 80's gem (released three years before No Man's Land), Against All Odds.

This has one of the arguably best shot Porsche vs Ferrari racing scenes of all time and the stunt driving is incredible. Love the 80's.

Bad Boys is my personal favorite for some reason. Cheesy as it is I love the Porsche scenes.

Second favorite would be Gumball Rally. Not as many Porsche scenes in it but I saw it when I was very young and it left a lasting impression.

Just saw Fantastic Four (2005 version, not the reboot) which has a Guards Red 996 Turbo. Oh, and Jessica Alba.

For sure and a great classic scene! I think of this when I run w/ my friend in his 308, however our colors are flipped!
