Default Check engine light was disbaled by PO

Anyway to hook it back up. How would he have disabled it. Fuse?

What car is this on?

How do you know it is disabled? When you turn the key without cranking it, it does't turn on?

Why imply that it was purposely disabled? I'd check the bulb first. And more importantly, I'd check for codes. I think if this is your 90 it is too early for OBDII, I will leave that to others ...
