A/C needs to be charged...that's kind of an issue with these cars right?

Overall thoughts now that I have loaded a few pics?
This is easily dealt with and pretty small in terms of the 20k you are saving by buying this car. BUY IT! You may regret it one day!
Besides, if you just want to flip it (you won't want to) you are pretty much guaranteed to make a profit in this market if those are the only issues IMO

head studs can and do break , more prone on the SC than on the Carrera but it does happen time to time.
if you are handy you can do them yourself . Guys do it over on pelican all the time ..

By the way, if I may add that Porsches of this vintage (specifically from the 1994) and down are quite easy to work on. I have a 964 and just using these forums am able to easily complete any task I set my mind to. Rennlist and other forums like pelican will answer any questions you have and if you happen to live nearby a member they might even come by to help you! I originally came from the Land Rover Defender community where people are always willing to help and I am pleased to say that the same is the case with the Porsche community.
If I may add, I recently sold my 1975 Corvette Stingray and dare I say it, the classic 911 I replaced it with is easier to live with and a more rewarding drive IMO. You have an opportunity to purchase a fantastic car for a fantastic price based on the info provided. If you have the means....DO IT! They are wonderfully rewarding cars, extremely classy, sound like no other car on the road, and are easy to work on (they were hand built cars). If the engine has been recently rebuilt, don't worry too much about head studs as long as the shop he used was reputable. Just buy the car before the seller sees this forum or eBay and raises his price

P.S. Don't let these cars become garage queens, make sure to get out and drive it!!!!!!!

Nic pickup and a great car.

1. Drivers headlamp has moisture. - easy to fix
2. Drivers seat has stitching that has come apart on the upper bolster. - easy to fix
3. Rear left bumper cover has rust on the attachment bolts. - investigate and repair, check for other rust
4. there is a dent above the right rear tail light. - maybe dent wizard guy can do
5. The front has a shimmy at 60+... Could be tie rod, bearings, tire, a few things. check it out, none of the arts are expensive really
6. Rear window trim/moulding...looks like it needs to have the window removed and the gasket - normal, those shrink over time.

NONE of those are deal stoppers!
