911Bound, 24K +/- is great place to be especially with rebuild at a great shop. I have had my SC for about 20 years and I think the greatest asset has been an honest air-cooled mechanic along the way. Along with other suggestions you may wish to consider external oil-cooler and probably AC upgrade if you do much summer driving. It is a fun car to drive and own with bonus of sustained market value should one need to sell.
