Winter is coming. I just need to know what kind of oil should I use for those 0 degree mornings. I also want to know how to tell if my oil filter is from a 70 911 or a 73, since my car does have a 2.4L engine.

I think the filters are the same.

For oil, I might want to use a 15W40 to ease the starting of your unit.
