Last trackday this year
Last Saturday at the Red Bull Ring in Austria. We were incredible lucky with the weather, no comparison to the extreme rain at the Nordschleife this year.
One lap in my 3.2, excuse the bad line, this was my third trackday with the Porsche and no formal training on the RBR. Second, I had significant issues with the brakes getting too hot and when the videos where taken, I already slowed down quite a bit.
Nevertheless, again a blast:

1:19 was that a KTM X-Bow or something else?
I like the multiple camera angles, looks like you had a good day. So great to see these cars on track, they're simply incredible to drive!
A couple weeks ago we had our last even of the season also:

Correct, KTM, there were a few of them at the track. One more 87 like mine, 2 964s, the rest was much newer and mostly much faster. I could fight with some Minis at least.
Talked to my shop after the event, a few ideas were born. But as you know, adding any significant power to a 3.2 is expensive.
The track is known to be hard on the brakes as it has a a lot of hard brake points and some are going downhill. My stock brakes with Pagid pads did not perform well and got hot and very soft.
But certainly learned a lot again and had much fun with a few guys from Munich joining.
Here in contrast how the weather looked like at the NOS:
Have to say that I appreciate the fact driving on a Formula 1 track, compared to what you are showing there is much more room left and right of the black we are trying to stay on.

What Pagid compound and what brake fluid are you using? Any brake cooling?

Brake fluid is Castrol Racing SRF, pads are a new Pagid compound for older cars, I need to check my paperwork for the exact type. And I have no additional cooling.
Same setup did not show any issues in Spa.
