Default Interior Restoration

I've been toying with the idea of selling my '87 Carrera, but after looking at the possible alternatives for a DD I'm likely going to keep it. If I do, I'd like to do an interior restoration. The cashmere interior is looking a bit ratty and I'm thinking about a color change to something that won't show dirt as readily.

I've done a bit of research on possible places that do quality Porsche interior work. Heritage Upholstery seems to come up fairly often and they do a cool sport seat conversion. Paul Champagne is also mentioned quite a bit but he seems to specialize in 928s. Are there any other highly recommend interior restoration shops that specialize in our cars that I should he considering? I'm in the SF Bay Area so a local shop would be ideal.
