Default Potentially buying a 2001 911 - what to expect

I'm looking at purchasing a 2001 Porsche 911 Turbo and am trying to figure out what to expect as far as price, maintenance, performance, etc goes. The '01 I'm looking at has about 52,000 miles and is in good shape but has been modded. Seller claims upgraded K16 turbos, 996 injectors, a catless factory exhaust, and an accessport. He also claims 508whp.

My main questions are: What do I need to watch out for maintenance-wise on these things?

What's a good price? This one is listed for 36k. It also has a a bodykit with wing, lip, and spoiler, lowering springs, and GT2 wheels.

Does 508whp seem like a realistic/safe number for daily driving? I'm not sure what boost is set at.

I'm looking for a weekend warrior/occasional track car. Any input would be appreciated!

You probably want to ask on the 996/Turbo board. This board is focused on the air cooled, pre 1989 cars. Sounds like a helluva car for the money...almost too much car. Cheers and good luck

Thanks for the heads up - mods, please delete. I'll report in appropriate section.
