Default 1st post, happy Fathers day

I have been lurking around here for over a year, reading and learning everything I can about the air cooled 911. Right after New Years I found my car. A 1984 Carrera with 159,000 miles on it. A two owner California car that had a recent windows out paint job and no rust whatsoever. I was leery of the high mileage at first but that is nothing for a 911. After a thorough detail job { inside, outside and underneath} I addressed the issues. Now everything functions as it should, even the AC. My most recent project was installing Elephant Racing hard rubber bushings, Bilstein sport shocks, 22/29 mm torsion bars, a 22mm Carrera front sway bar and a Weltmeister 22mm adjustable rear bar. I ditched the worn out funky end links and used rod ends. After a good alignment I'm looking forward to Willow Springs. A couple of pictures and thank you for looking.
