Default intermittent wiper and headlight washer

I noticed these two don't work. Barring a simple fuse issue, is there simply a relay replacement for these items, which could possibly be a quick fix? If so, where are they located?

You have same two dysfunctional? That would lead me to believe they are possibly connected by same fuse or relay. Did you check your fuses? My car isn't local, so I can't check for a few weeks or so.

Headlight washer only works with headlights on. You had them switched on?
