Default Valve Cover Stud

I unscrewed an exhaust valve cover stud (came out clean) while doing my valves for the first time. Does anyone know what I should torque this to when I put it back in. Also, should I be using a Loctite product when I reset it. Any help much appreciated.

Thanks

i wouldnt sweat torque too much on this as very little is required
I'd clean up the threads, put a drop of blue loctite on the thread .. screw it in until the nut starts to move on the thread .. leave it until the thread locker sets up , revove nut ..
