Default Bedding new brake pads link...

Someone just posted a link (on Pelican) regarding the "bedding in" of new pads and rotors. Since I'm going to need to do this soon (as I've installed 930 calipers & rotors from Rennsport Systems...Thanks Steve!), I wanted to get Steve's (and anyone else's) opinion on these procedures. Here's the link:

I've got a couple of questions though...Since I've had my front & rear suspension totally apart (930 brakes & rotors, new torsion bars, bronze a-arm & spring plate bearings, turbo tie rods, ball joints, lowering to euro specs, etc.), and my car will certainly be out of alignment, what should I do first...carefully drive to the alignment shop, or take care of the bedding process? Here's a gratuitous picture showing a 930 caliper & rotor after I painted them and had some plating done...I can't wait to get my car back on the road, and wanted to publicly thank Steve Weiner for his great products and exceptional support!

Suggestion - go get your alignment done first. Bedding your brake pads and rotors first will put strain on your tires if your alignment is way off.

Thanks Bill for your suggestion! That's exactly why I asked for a 'more experienced opinion', as I would have probably opted to do the bedding process first, but now I will follow your advice.
