Orange T
Update; we missed the deadline for our annual North Island track tour. So close but compliance was the hold up so not road legal. But I got to drive it for the first time.
First impressions were mixed - seat position - wet roads - left hand drive familiarity etc but a small squirt later in the day confirmed it to be a little brute. You can just feel the lightness in the steering, braking and acceleration. There seems to be nothing holding it back and it is very eager. Didn't take it past 4000 and looking forward to the first trip to the redline. Jumping in my 204 bhp SC right after, it felt like a bus. And I've always marvelled at how nimble the SC is compared to my old 964 and 993 and the T is at another level. So good result there.

..in the rush to try to meet the deadline a few small issues will need sorting in terms of the final fit. It wears a temporary glass front bumper until a steel one can be located.
The front cross member protector plate and header flanges are the lowest point of the car which could be a problem. Don't really want to raise the car just because of that

Yes, it is just a matter of time and effort I guess. The first post in this thread describes when I first saw the car when a group of us stopped at the shop on the way to our first North Island track tour. The first drive last Friday was the same group stop over on the way to the same event two years later. Never thought it would take two years to get it going.
