Identify this "Blue" SC Cabriolet?

Default Identify this "Blue" SC Cabriolet?
Hello all, I am looking at this car personally and am a little stumped. All I have is the VIN Number, it is also a euro car which I do know. Curious to see if this is an original blue car. My guess is arrow blue? I do not have the options code sticker so I am at a loss on how to verify since the seller is not familiar with these cars.

Its a 83 SC Cabriolet. Possibly a special wishes car?? Anyone have any opinions on how I can research color name and if it is a SW car?

With the aftermarket front valance matching the rest of the paint so well, I'm going to go with a complete color change to Ford Blue. ...OK, maybe not.

EDIT: Wait...It's a turbo bodied SC.
