I'd echo the no-synthetic recommendation.
I see you're in Darien. If you need a professional mechanic, I know there's a very well-respected shop in that area. I use a mechanic in Montclair, NJ, and the Porsche guy at that shop used to work there. I can get the name if you'd like.
