What do you think of the Schroth harnesses? When I look at the metal tabs that insert into the camlock, all I can think of is "cheap". That metal looks so thin and brittle. Now, I clock in at about 265 lbs. That seems like a lot of pressure on these things when backed with a few g's.

Thoughts? Am I worrying too much about them?

I think enough of them that I am a Master Distributor of these products,.....

These are FIA approved and the factory items in all Porsche and BMW race cars, as well as many Winston Cup teams and F1 teams.

IMHO, there is nothing better in terms of quality, safety, and comfort. We don't install and use anything else, anymore.

I have an almost new Schroth Profi III harness I'll sell. I got it last spring. It's 3 inch (shoulder and waist) in Blue. I want to switch to a different "flavor" with a more comfortable sub strap.
It's late now but if you are interested I will dig them out tomorrow and look at the dates on them. This is for a single harness (1 seat).
