Default Valve guide inpsection

Had my car on the market and a PPI showed 80% leak down on #5 and the wrench (reputable shop) pointed to the intake valve as the culprit. 2% across the board on the other cylinders. I've pulled the passenger side intake to get a look and I can definitely see some cooked oil on the high side of the valve, but I'm not sure I see pitting. Any dead giveaways on a burned intake valve? Anyway to visually inspect valve guides? Next step is to check the valve adjustment on #5. Thanks in advance.

80% sounds like a bent or burned valve and you cannot tell anything until its been disassembled & inspected.

Same for valve guide wear.
