In the picture, up the ignition key. What can be this switch?

My bro asks me once again to post a topic here, asking you guys what can be this switch. Thanks guys!

What year car? From what I can tell, it may be the zero/null for the speedometer. Not very good info to make a real decision.

+1 Trip Odometer reset. Twist the **** and see if it zeros your trip odometer.
