I'm looking to sell ASAP
The car is worth well over $25k as it sits, and if a little bit of work is done who knows the value, my insurance company has it fully insured for $75k
I'm asking $15,500 OBO

It sounds like it should "accidentally" catch fire to me if he has it insured for $75K. ;-)
