Pelican parts. They are a sponsor. I have bought lots of stuff from them without an issue.

Welcome to the club. I just did this a couple months ago. Simple task.

Do the thermostat while you are in there. Get the green ones.

ah yes the hockey stick .. sadly he is gone now .. ran away from home .. the Rennlist community even put him on milk cartons for a while and we even photoshoped in a few substitues. But it just wasnt the same .. THE CSI team traced my Ex's car and him to the dump , but his body was never recovered.

So guard your shop vac extention well.

I will do that. The best part is it is in 2 pieces and is easily stored in the engine compartment. It's black and well hidden!

Ordered the new parts from pelican yesterday and they are on their way. Of course I bought a bunch of stuff I didn't even know that I needed.

Be aware that the thermostat body itself is not shaped uniformly on both sides. It is slightly offset to one side with more curvature. I suggest you determine how you are going to install it and put a mark or two to index it. That way you don't get it half way in and find the "o" ring has been distorted or damaged when trying to remove it.
