Default 1982SC wiring question

Hello, I'm Alfred from the Netherlands. A friend of my has a 1982 SC since a few weeks and found a removed (half burned) wiring harness 91161215200 (nr 10 on page 480 of the PET)
We found out that it came from the heater console (between the seats) and have one +12V wire that goes to the fuse box and one ground wire but ............ on the same harness there are also two flat terminals (one male and one female)

Does anybody knows where these two flat terminals have to go?

Thanks in advance.

Edit: Hereby the picture from the PET (it's wire nr 10)
