Working on a number of improvements to my wide body targa. I bought a set of 997 GT3 seats and my shop was able to mount them in just a couple of hours. Spreading the word since several folks told me this wasnt going to work. We have the electric setup and working - still working on getting heat.

Well ultimately, what did the shop have to do to mount them?
Did they bolt in? Are they powered and so they actually move?
Finally did the shop have to make any bits to get it working? I'm certain this will be a popular update.
More questions...
What year is your wide body and how wide inside where the seats are? Do you know how wide the narrow body is for the same year car.
I think that is a kick *** update too.
Any possibility on color matching the back part? They are just plastic but you would have to prepare the backs and don't know if bondo would do the trick or other methods that the automotive paint industry uses in these cases as in preping fiberglass or carbon fiber as an eventual base to paint onto?
