Default Don't Know Jack

My '87 911 Cab is missing the original jack. I don't feel like paying the big money for an original (just for emergencies, I have a floor jack for maintenance). Any preference on which to put in the frunk, a scissor or a bottle jack? Thanks.

Buy an original. It has a place to be stored. Those others will move around and damage stuff. However, you can do what ever you want.

If I carried one I'd get a lightweight scissors type. I dropped the spare/jack etc. and carry a GM fix flat inflator.

See that car hiding in the back of your avatar? You don't want to know the grief caused in requesting a seemingly simple AAA tow one day when I actually drove it, and the DME relay failed. (Yeah, yeah, like I said, I was never driving the car until the one day I needed to, and all the spares were back at the shop.)
