Targa California 2014
Last Tuesday afternoon I got on the road at 4:00 pm and essentially drove straight through to the Days Inn in Glendale, California (had a three hour cat nap in central Utah).
What follows is a pictographic travelogue - the cars, the sights and the roads, they were all great.
2982 miles of 3.2 liter highway and back road running over the next five days, these cars are inspiring, almost 30 years old and this one pulled off a major road trip without a hitch, other than the old tired driver getting a bit weary between Starbucks stops.

It started out as a black/tan 1986 Carrera.
