has been sitting in a warehouse for 10 years.
needs full resto from what i know.... has some slight damage to the roof and was taken apart for a respray.... never completed.
assuming all parts there what is a "basket case" worth ? $10k ?

An M491 would be a turbo look, not a turbo. However, to some collectors, the lower production numbers of the M491 is more appealing. Some M491 prices have equaled or surpassed turbo prices. To determine a price for this car, we would need much more info and some pics of the damage.

don't have any pics to post as of yet....just saw pics on a gents iphone. said to have some minimal roof damage. cant tell from the pic i saw.

assume the worst. You are really just buying a VIN and title plus a collection of stuff. The engine may be locked up; the interior may be rodent infested and the suspension dried up. And it is the little stuff that will really cost you in the resto. Not sure but figure value of the car "finished" is $40k or whatever and start deducting the costs of engine, body work, interior, etc from that point. I wouldnt pay much more than $5k myself. YMMV
