Post Mystery oil line from tank to engine. HELP

I have a 1973 911T with the 2.4L MFI motor. I have fixed all oil leaks except one. The hose that goes from the oil tank to the engine is leaking at both fittings on the hose side. This oil line starts out as a flexable hose then transitions into a steel line which goes around the back of the engine and screws into the drivers side of the engine. I can't find this anywhere. My car is a early 1973 model #502, so it was probably built in 1972 as a 1973 model.

Thanks,
Scott Harris

A little extra info I left out, This line is the line that is above the "S" hose which goes from the oil tank to the cooler.
