Default WTB long hood Targa

Hi all, I'm starting to get an itch for a long hood targa (any variation). I'm planning on a full restoration but a good base is extremely important. Prefer running but it's not a must. Please PM if you have any leads.

Thank you!

A nice one just popped up at autokennel, does not need to be restored.

Thanks Phil, it does seem like a nice car. One of the reasons I'm looking to restore is so I can paint it orange and enjoy the process... it may not be cost effective, but it'll be fun!

I want one that needs work and I'm in no rush, so technically I can wait a while... My first post over here on the 911 board so excuse me for not totally getting your question. Pretty sure there was some sarcasm there

Good luck with search- the targa's used to be fairly unloved but that seems to be changing.

That seems like an option, but with the $ needed to restore correctly, or even backdate correctly, I think an original long hood will be the smarter move. There isn't a shortage out there, just some crazy prices for rollers, rust buckets etc... On another note, performance is secondary to originality. If I want to go fast I'll take the RUF out
