Does anyone know whether this is a factory or aftermarket tip? It appears to be chrome plated SS, but not positive. All the previous Porsche tips I have seen are raw satin or polished stainless and they typically have a nicer rolled lip.

Its from a 2006 911.

It's got the factory stamp in front of the EP similar to this one:

Is it possible someone re-popping these would duplicate the stamp? The one in the link (below) are what I would expect from OEM Porsche and similar to all teh ones I've seen thus far. Notice the SS looks perfect and it is rolled on the outside edge.

The ones I have are badly polished and then chromed. Instead of a nice rolled edge they are welded and ground smooth, well sort of smooth.
