911SC Engine Shroud Color
What color is the engine shroud on the SC supposed to be, and were they painted?
Mine is red, and I had always assumed the plastic/fiberglass/whatever material was red. However in cleaning mine up for storage I found that to top was actually painted (the cleaner removed it in some areas) and the real color of the material (looking at the underside) is sort of an Allis-Chalmer orange.
So, was this item painted red from the factory, or did the P/O do it?
