ATTN: HELP! from 915 Tool Owners - P254b and P254c
Pete Z: or Steve W. or any other owner of 915 transmission tools:
I am looking for the dimensions (diameter in mm) of the P254a and P254b tools. These tools are used to press the bearing races out/in on the differential housing and gear housing of the 915 transmission. Since these tools are NLA from Porsche, I'm hoping that I can perhaps use my bearing/race toolset from Snap-On as a so-so substitute!!
Specifically, I am looking for the diameter measurements for the recessed portion AND the shoulder that actually pushes on the bearing race and fits in the machined bore of the two housings. I need these two measurements for both the P254b *and* P254c tools.
Really appreciate it if the transmission Gods out in Rennlist can help me out. I have to change out all six bearings in my racecar's 915/40 transmission. Thanks in advance and Happy New Year to all!!!

OBTW - if someone has a US8050 press piece set or the P254/P254b/P254c set and is willing to sell..... I'm in the market as a BUYER! TBP
