I am going to look at this 911 today- but had a question or two. In '68 were all targas "s" models? Or were there some "t" model targas? My early Porsche knowledge is limited- my dad had a 75 911s that I grew up with and unfortunately let him sell.

Talked to the owner more- has had some rust repair and his father installed a roll cage inside which is non removable due to it being an integral part of the rust repair. How will this affect its value? Has a 2.4 s engine installed and aftermarket recaro seats. He is asking $17,000.

It would sell on the Euro market for $30,000 site unseen. It is worth a further look.
