I have a '96 993 that I have done a few HPDE events in and would like to explore some options for performance improvements. I realize that tires are probably the easiest way to gain time, so I'm waiting for my current street tires to wear out before I can upgrade to something better. Still, short of somehow transporting some Nitto's to the track, I think my options there are limited.

So, what ideas do you have for upgrades? Suspension, CAI, chip? What will get me the biggest bang for the buck. Money is definitely a limiting factor!
