Just bought this '70 911T on Thursday in Tucson AZ after considerable searching for a sunroof car. One owner black plate CA car in the colour Dunkelrot (Dark Red Metallic 8181-H), which appeared on 139 cars leaving Stuttgart that year

Thanks guys! I bought this on Ebay, Looked at the listing for all of 5 minutes before hitting the Buy it Now button. Auction had just started and had another 5 days to go. I thought it was wise to pre-empt the process, in view of what I considered a good deal. The sunroof was the deciding factor along with the condition and the colour.

Etobicoke!?! That's great since we are moving back to Etobicoke on the 15th (i.e. a week from now) after living in downtown Toronto for the past 9 years. Our new house has a 25' W by 35' Deep, double car garage with room for 4 cars. That's what made this purchase possible, i.e. garage space.

I look forward to meeting up with you in the very near future. As for tomorrow night, I will be doing more packing for the move, since we left all our packing til after our boys headed back to university (yesterday).
