My auto transport was U.S. to U.S. Maybe the below link will be of some value for you. I used Magic Carpet Auto Transport to broker my transport. I did so given their high rating on the below link (for which they still look to be rated high). I watched my car get loaded on a transport in CA destined for PA. I got on a plane 3 or 4 days later to arrive in PA and my car beat me here. It would be worth calling them to ask if they do oversees transport. I wish you the best with your move of the car.

My hope is to find someone who can do all the paper work, from checking the car out to getting all the proper paperwork done and then get it transported to the US without any hassles.

Just be sure to look at the "non paid" reviews of transport companies like Magic Carpet. From experience, there apparently is a practice of paying for reviews. Guess how that might affect the input.

I spoke with him and he only deals with shipping, so now am back to square one, I haven't found an auto broker to do the legal stuff.

This company is in Canada and specializes in brokering cars back and forth between Canada and US, however if you get in touch with them they may have a recommendation for a European broker.
