Carrera De-Cambered Ball Joints for Negative Camber?
I'm about to order new ball joints to replace my existing stock ones that have cracked rubber for an '87 Carrera when I noticed that an option exists to purchase de-cambered ball joints. I was expecting to address additional negative camber through camber plates but am now wondering if de-cambered ball joints would be a good compliment to the camber plates. My car will be used for PCA DE events; no PCA racing in the near future (I say that now). Are de-cambered ball joints worth considering?
Thanks again.

Dan,
I have Tarret camber plates on my 89 Coupe and i was only able to gain -2.4 degrees front camber which led to some wear issues on the outer shoulder of my Nittos ...
Those tires like a lot of front negative camber on our cars and i ended up installing some ER decambered ball joints halfway through the Summer which got me to -2.8 degrees camber. It made a big difference as my front tire wear is nearly perfect now !
I would certainly go for it ...
Cheers !
